Mondelez International, a leading global snack company, has announced the appointment of Stephanie Lilak as its new Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. Lilak steps into this pivotal role with a wealth of experience in human resources and corporate leadership.
Lilak’s Comprehensive Role and Responsibilities
In her new position at Mondelez International, Stephanie Lilak will oversee the company’s global human resources functions. This responsibility encompasses a wide array of crucial areas such as talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, change management, employee relations, and the promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Direct Reporting and Leadership Team Inclusion
As the new Chief People Officer, Lilak will report directly to Dirk Van de Put, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mondelez International. Lilak succeeds Paulette Alviti, who will retire in April after a transition period, marking the end of her notable five-and-a-half-year tenure with the company.

Before joining Mondelez International, Stephanie Lilak garnered significant experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer in various industries, most recently at Bumble. Her career spans over three decades, including 23 years in leadership roles at General Mills, where she managed human resources across sales, operations, and international segments. Lilak also spearheaded key talent and cultural initiatives at Dunkin Brands, contributing to its growth and employee development.
